Hizmet
Groove Coach ücretli bir davul pratik uygulamasıdır. Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur; kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez. Özellikler önceden haber verilerek değiştirilebilir.
Hesap
Uygulamayı kullanmak için bir hesap gerekir. Hesap bilgilerinizin doğruluğundan ve şifrenizin gizliliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Öğretmenler, oluşturdukları öğrenci hesaplarından ve bu öğrencilerin izinlerinden sorumludur.
Kurallar
Hizmeti yasalara aykırı amaçlarla kullanmak, başkalarının hesaplarına izinsiz girmek, sistemi aşırı yüklemek ya da kötüye kullanmak yasaktır. Bu durumda hesap kapatılabilir.
İçerik ve lisanslar
Etütler Groove Coach'a aittir; kişisel ve eğitim amaçlı kullanılabilir. Davul sesleri DRSKit (DrumGizmo, CC BY 4.0), sayma sesleri Piper TTS ile üretilmiş ve ilgili lisanslara tabidir (bkz. sounds/count/LICENSES.md). Kendi yüklediğiniz şarkıların telif sorumluluğu size aittir.
Deneme süresi ve abonelik
Yeni hesaplar kayıttan itibaren 14 gün ücretsiz kullanılır; kart istenmez ve deneme sonunda otomatik ücret alınmaz. Deneme bittiğinde devam etmek için bir plan seçmeniz gerekir. Planlar: Öğrenci (aylık 12,99 € ya da yıllık 99 €) ve Öğretmen (aylık 29 € ya da yıllık 249 €). Fiyatlara KDV dahildir; ülkenize göre vergi tutarı değişebilir.
Abonelikler, siz iptal edene kadar her dönem sonunda otomatik yenilenir. İstediğiniz zaman Hesabım → Abonelik → Aboneliği yönet bölümünden iptal edebilirsiniz; ödediğiniz dönemin sonuna kadar erişiminiz sürer. Fiyat değişiklikleri en az 30 gün önce bildirilir ve bir sonraki dönemden itibaren geçerli olur.
Öğretmen planı
Öğretmen planı, öğretmenin oluşturduğu ya da sınıf koduyla katılan en fazla [30] öğrencinin Groove Coach'u ek ücret ödemeden kullanmasını sağlar. Öğretmenin aboneliği sona erdiğinde bu öğrencilerin erişimi de durur; verileri silinmez. Öğrenci kendi planını alarak devam edebilir.
Ödeme ve satıcı
Siparişler, satıcı (Merchant of Record) olarak hareket eden Paddle.com Market Ltd. üzerinden işlenir. Ödeme, fatura, vergi ve iadeler için Paddle'ın alıcı şartları da geçerlidir. Kart bilgileriniz bize ulaşmaz.
Cayma hakkı ve iade
Avrupa Birliği'nde tüketici olarak ilk ücretli satın almadan itibaren 14 gün içinde gerekçe göstermeden cayma ve tam iade hakkınız vardır. İade için Paddle'ın sipariş e-postasındaki bağlantıyı kullanabilir ya da [e-posta] adresine yazabilirsiniz. Yenileme ödemeleri, ilgili dönemde hizmet kullanılmadıysa talep üzerine iade edilebilir.
Sorumluluk
Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, hizmetin kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez.

Service
Groove Coach is a paid drum practice app provided "as is", without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change with notice.
Account
An account is required to use the app. You are responsible for your account details and keeping your password secret. Teachers are responsible for the student accounts they create and for those students' consent.
Rules
Do not use the service unlawfully, access other people's accounts, overload or abuse the system. Accounts may be closed if you do.
Content and licences
The etudes belong to Groove Coach and may be used for personal and educational purposes. Drum sounds: DRSKit (DrumGizmo, CC BY 4.0); count voices made with Piper TTS under their respective licences (see sounds/count/LICENSES.md). You are responsible for the copyright of songs you upload.
Free trial and subscription
New accounts can use the app free for 14 days from sign-up; no card is required and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends. After the trial, a plan is needed to continue. Plans: Student (€12.99 monthly or €99 yearly) and Teacher (€29 monthly or €249 yearly). Prices include VAT; the tax amount may vary by country.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime under My account → Subscription → Manage subscription; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and apply from the next period.
Teacher plan
The teacher plan lets up to [30] students created by the teacher or joining with a class code use Groove Coach at no extra cost. When the teacher's subscription ends, these students' access stops as well; their data is not deleted. A student can continue by choosing their own plan.
Payment and seller
Orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd., which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to payments, invoices, taxes and refunds. We never receive your card details.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
As a consumer in the European Union you may withdraw within 14 days of your first paid purchase without giving a reason and receive a full refund. Use the link in Paddle's order email or write to [email]. Renewal payments can be refunded on request if the service was not used in that period.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
The law of [the Czech Republic] applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
