Hangi verileri tutuyoruz

Hesap bilgileri: e-posta adresi, ad, şifrenin geri döndürülemez özeti (şifrenin kendisi saklanmaz), rol (öğrenci/öğretmen), dil tercihi. Google ile girişte Google'ın verdiği e-posta, ad ve kullanıcı kimliği.
Öğretmenin davet ettiği öğrenciler: öğretmenin girdiği ad ve e-posta adresi. Bu adrese bir davet e-postası gönderilir; öğrenci linke tıklayıp şifresini kendisi belirler. Davet kabul edilmezse hesap kullanılamaz ve öğretmen ya da öğrenci istediğinde silinir.
Pratik verileri: etütlerdeki en iyi tempolar, yıldızlar, çalışma süreleri, elektronik davul puanları ve uygulama ayarları.
Teknik veriler: oturum bilgisi (cihazınızda saklanan bir anahtar; sunucuda yalnız özeti), son giriş zamanı, tarayıcı türü. Kötüye kullanımı önlemek için IP adresi yalnız kısa süreli ve bellekte tutulur.

Ödeme verileri: Ödemeleri satıcı (Merchant of Record) olarak Paddle.com Market Ltd. alır; kart bilgileriniz, fatura adresiniz ve vergi bilgileriniz Paddle tarafından kendi gizlilik politikasına göre işlenir. Biz yalnız aboneliğinizin planını, durumunu, dönem sonu tarihini ve Paddle müşteri kimliğini saklarız.

Mikrofon yalnız siz “Mikrofon (akustik davul)” değerlendirmesini açtığınızda ve izin verdiğinizde kullanılır. Ses tarayıcınızda anında işlenip vuruş zamanlarına çevrilir; kaydedilmez ve sunucuya gönderilmez. Yüklediğiniz şarkılar (ileride) yalnız kendi tarayıcınızda işlenir ve sunucuya gönderilmez. Reklam ya da izleme çerezi kullanılmaz.

Çalışma videosu ve paylaşım kartı özelliklerinde kamera ve mikrofon yalnız siz kaydı başlattığınızda kullanılır. Video ve görsel tamamen cihazınızda oluşturulur; sunucumuza gönderilmez. Yalnız siz “Paylaş” ya da “İndir” dediğinizde cihazınızdan çıkar ve nereye gideceğini (ör. Instagram) siz seçersiniz.

Ziyaretçi istatistiği. Sitenin nasıl kullanıldığını anlamak için çerezsiz bir sayım yaparız: açılan sayfa, gelinen sitenin adı (ör. instagram.com), varsa kampanya etiketi, sayfanın dili, cihaz türü (telefon, tablet, bilgisayar) ve ülke. IP adresinizi ve tarayıcı bilgilerinizi saklamayız; bunlardan, her gün değişen gizli bir anahtarla tek yönlü kısa bir kod üretilir. Bu kod yalnız aynı gün içindeki tekrar ziyaretleri bir kez saymaya yarar, sizi tanımlamaz ve ertesi gün değişir. Çerez ya da cihazınızda başka bir kayıt kullanılmaz. Tarayıcınızda “izlenmek istemiyorum” (Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control) açıksa hiç sayılmazsınız. Bu kayıtlar 400 gün sonra silinir (meşru menfaat, GDPR md. 6/1-f).

Neden tutuyoruz (hukuki dayanak)

Hesabınızı oluşturmak, aboneliğinizi yönetmek, ilerlemenizi cihazlarınız arasında eşitlemek, öğretmeninizin sınıfınızı yönetebilmesi ve hizmetin güvenliği için (sözleşmenin ifası, GDPR md. 6/1-b; meşru menfaat, md. 6/1-f).

Kimler görebilir

Bir sınıfa katıldıysanız öğretmeniniz ilerlemenizin özetini (en iyi tempolar, çalışma dakikaları, puanlar) görür. Verileriniz satılmaz ve üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz. Hizmet için kullanılan sağlayıcılar: sunucu barındırma (Hetzner Online GmbH, Almanya), site dağıtımı ve güvenlik (Cloudflare, Inc.), e-posta gönderimi [sağlayıcı], ödeme (Paddle.com Market Ltd., Birleşik Krallık), isteğe bağlı Google ile giriş (Google LLC).

Saklama süresi

Hesabınız açık olduğu sürece. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde bütün verileriniz sunucudan hemen silinir. [24] ay hiç kullanılmayan hesaplar silinebilir.

Haklarınız

Verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, taşıma ve itiraz hakkınız vardır. Uygulamada Hesabım → Verilerimi indir ve Hesabımı sil ile bunları kendiniz yapabilirsiniz. Ayrıca bulunduğunuz ülkenin veri koruma kurumuna şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz (ör. Çekya: ÚOOÚ, Türkiye: KVKK).

Çocuklar

[16] yaşından küçükler hesabı ebeveyn izniyle ya da öğretmeninin davetiyle kullanmalıdır. Öğretmenler, davet ettikleri öğrencilerin e-posta adreslerini paylaşmak ve gerekli izinleri almakla sorumludur.

What we store

Account data: email, name, an irreversible hash of your password (never the password itself), role (student/teacher), language. With Google sign-in: the email, name and user ID provided by Google.
Students invited by a teacher: the name and email address entered by the teacher. An invitation email is sent to that address and the student sets their own password from the link. Until the invitation is accepted the account cannot be used, and it is deleted on request by the teacher or the student.
Practice data: best tempos, stars, practice minutes, electronic-drum scores and app settings.
Technical data: session information (a key stored on your device; only its hash on the server), last sign-in time, browser type. IP addresses are kept only briefly in memory to prevent abuse.

Payment data: Payments are collected by Paddle.com Market Ltd. as Merchant of Record; your card details, billing address and tax information are processed by Paddle under its own privacy policy. We only store your subscription's plan, status, period end date and Paddle customer ID.

The microphone is used only when you turn on “Microphone (acoustic kit)” rating and allow it. The sound is processed instantly in your browser into hit times; it is never recorded or sent to the server. Songs you upload (in the future) are processed only in your own browser and never sent to the server. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

For practice videos and share cards, the camera and microphone are used only when you start a recording. The video and image are created entirely on your device and are never sent to our server. They leave your device only when you choose “Share” or “Download”, and you decide where they go (e.g. Instagram).

Visitor statistics. To understand how the site is used, we run a cookieless count: the page opened, the name of the referring site (e.g. instagram.com), a campaign tag if present, the page language, device type (phone, tablet, computer) and country. We do not store your IP address or browser details; instead a short one-way code is derived from them with a secret key that changes every day. It only lets us count repeat visits on the same day once — it does not identify you and changes the next day. No cookies or other storage on your device are used. If your browser sends “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control, you are not counted at all. These records are deleted after 400 days (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Why (legal basis)

To create your account, manage your subscription, sync your progress across devices, let your teacher manage your class and keep the service secure (performance of a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who can see it

If you join a class, your teacher sees a summary of your progress (best tempos, practice minutes, scores). We never sell or share your data. Service providers: hosting (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany), site delivery and security (Cloudflare, Inc.), email delivery [provider], payments (Paddle.com Market Ltd., United Kingdom), optional Google sign-in (Google LLC).

Retention

For as long as your account exists. Deleting your account removes all your data from the server immediately. Accounts unused for [24] months may be deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, port and object. You can do this yourself in the app under My account → Download my data and Delete my account. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

Children

Users under [16] should use the service with parental consent or through their teacher's invitation. Teachers are responsible for having permission to share their students' email addresses and for obtaining the necessary consent.
